Silk Route’s success is owed to many people… starting with the design team in India who help me conceptualize the fabric, to my friends who proudly wear the dresses.
Akron Saifi, or Masterjee as we respectfully call him, has known me for the past 30 years! From stitching dresses for me since 1991, when I graduated from college, to stitching tunics and dresses for my friends/clients here in Peoria.
